Your Responsibilities as a Lead Appliance Repair Technician:
As a Lead Appliance Repair Technician, you are crucial in delivering excellent customer service through high-quality maintenance services for our customers’ appliances. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Diagnose and Repair: Identify and fix issues with home appliances and equipment.
- Provide Estimates: Offer accurate cost estimates for repairs.
- Customer Communication: Clearly explain the services needed to customers.
- Manage Parts: Order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials.
- Collect Payments: Handle payment collection for completed work.

Job Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Experience: Previous experience of one year or more in appliance repair is a plus!

- Compensation: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour, based on experience, plus bonuses and commissions.
