Appliance Repair Technician
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of household and commercial appliances. This position offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule—no nights or weekends required—providing an excellent work-life balance for our valued technicians.
Key Responsibilities
· Diagnose issues and perform repairs on appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, etc.
· Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure appliances operate efficiently and safely.
· Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs, estimated completion times, and best practices for
appliance care.
· Order and replace defective or worn parts using appropriate tools and equipment.
· Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
· Adhere to company safety policies and procedures during all service calls.
· Keep company vehicle and work area clean and organized.
Required Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in appliance repair preferred.
· Minimum 3 years of professional appliance repair experience.
· Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Working Hours and Benefits
