Mr. Appliance of Cary is seeking an Appliance Repair Technician to join our growing team. What You'll Do

As an Appliance Repair Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while diagnosing and repairing residential appliances.

Primary Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential appliances and equipment
• Provide accurate repair estimates
• Clearly explain repair recommendations and options to customers
• Order necessary parts and manage company resources efficiently
• Complete service documentation accurately
• Collect payment for completed work
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience at every service call

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of appliance repair experience a plus
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• EPA certification (a plus, but not required)

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $50,000 – $75,000+ annually, based on experience and performance.
