Position Overview:

As an Appliance Repair Apprentice at Mr. Appliance of Denver, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop essential skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of household appliances. Responsibilities:

Learning and Training:

Participate in on-the-job training sessions to learn the basics of appliance repair, maintenance, and safety procedures.

Acquire knowledge of various appliance types, brands, and models commonly serviced by the company.

Diagnosis and Repair:

Assist senior technicians in diagnosing issues with appliances based on customer reports and observations.

Learn to use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and identify problems accurately.

Repair and Maintenance:

Assist in performing repairs on appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and more.

Learn how to replace faulty parts, perform routine maintenance, and restore appliances to proper working condition.

Customer Interaction:

Develop excellent customer service skills by interacting with clients professionally and courteously.

Observe and learn how to explain repair options, provide estimates, and address customer concerns.

Documentation:

Assist in maintaining accurate and organized records of repairs, parts used, and services provided.

Learn to complete work orders and update service logs.

Safety and Compliance:
